Ride/Walk for Horses

9 am to 5 pm
Gilbert Rodeo Park
Horses and Riders or Walkers/Joggers are welcome to participate.
Dogs on leash are welcomed to attend as well.
 
When you register, there is a $20 fee and you get a free T-shirt and your information packet.
You will have an opportunity to select Wildhorse Ranch Rescue as your charity during the sign up process.
 
The ride begins at Gilbert Rodeo Grounds, located on Val Vista Drive, just South of Ray Road.
It continues along the San Tan Vista Trail (along the canal) to the Riparian Preserve at Guadalupe just East of Greenfield Road.
 
9 am is the ride/walk start time.
We'll have a check-in table and coffee and continental breakfast.
This is where you check in and turn in your ride/walk pledges.
 
The total ride/walk is 6 miles round trip.
It's 3 miles from Rodeo Park to the Riparian Preserve.
The Preserve has beautiful lakes with wildlife and birds.
There are indoor restrooms at the Riparian Preserve.
 
At the Preserve, you will rest, enjoy refreshments and then head back to the Rodeo Park to finish your ride/walk.
